Custom colour development for dyeing knitted and woven fabrics. Exclusive manufacturing of knitted and woven fabrics. Development of embroidery frames and printing screens.
Starting with the client’s idea, we bring their garments to life.We begin by studying the design and all the components that make up the garment, including fabrics, prints, embroidery and accessories.Once all the components have been defined, we prepare a technical specification sheet outlining the client’s requirements. This serves as the basis for pattern making, colour development in the laboratory, and the definition of designs for prints and/or embroidery. With all the details finalised, we produce a prototype, which is sent to the client along with a quotation. If necessary, we adjust the various elements until the garment matches the client’s vision.Once we have established the best balance between quality and price for the target audience, we proceed with size grading (size setting), determining quantities per size and planning production lead times.Throughout the entire process, the client is kept fully informed by each department.Once production is complete, we package the garments and arrange delivery to the client’s premises.
Before starting the process, we will provide a price estimate for each item. A development fee will be charged to the client, reflecting the work carried out during the development stage. If the item proceeds to production and meets the required minimum order quantities, the amount paid will subsequently be credited to the client.
In principle, there are no predefined minimum order quantities, as our extensive supplier network allows us to offer greater flexibility. However, pricing depends on production volume, with larger quantities offering more favourable terms.
For prototype production, the lead time depends on the processes required for each item, with a maximum of two weeks. For production, the lead time also depends on the processes involved and may extend to four weeks. The timeframe for each stage will be agreed upon once we have received all the necessary information, including designs, photographs, fabric samples and other relevant materials.
